Yes, something right now can be easy.

There are so many gift guides coming out, and I didn’t want to write one unless I had something new - and helpful - to say. Initially I planned to write 10 gifts I wouldn’t regift. I thought it made sense since I am a frequent regifter. Whether I secretly want to keep the gift is usually the way I tell if it’s good enough to give!

But you know, what occurred to me is that we are all feeling a lot of things right now, and if I could specifically uncomplicate gifting, it could be a helpful thing.

So what I’ve decided to write here are a lucky 13 gift ideas you can give to virtually anybody. No matter what their pronouns are, no matter what their tastes are, all of them will still feel thoughtful. (And since I’m a writer, I even drafted the note for you. That was my husband’s idea.)
