I accidentally found a new spring outfit formula - and you already own it

Here’s how the whole thing started. Honestly. Me + Em reached out to me about gifting and I was really excited to select a couple pieces. I had recommended the brand based on Trinny Woodall but wanted to try myself. So I chose this seersucker shirt and short sleeve knit polo sweater.

After The Package Room (that’s the weekly live where our Market Editor Wendy Duffy and I open all of our packages) the two pieces were sitting on my couch, and I just thought they looked … really good hanging out together.

The next day I was going out with Kelly Klein, and the outfit I’d planned wasn’t right for the weather. So I started swapping elements out.

I’d planned to wear a white T-shirt with an ivory sweater. But now I had a white long sleeve shirt. That was basically OK for the weather, but I wanted just a little more —without sleeves that might get wet in the rain. So I went for a secondhand men’s knit polo ... and-
