Hi Readers:

First of all, can I just say O.M.G. I love this crew. You’re so lovely, so engaged, so supportive, so funny, so warm. This has become my true happy place. I wanted to introduce a little something special to say thanks. And was thinking, what do I have, what can I offer? And one of these things is proximity to most designer stores, here in Miami, where I can actually touch and feel the pieces. Bonus: Miami is often where more of runway ends up landing. It’s long been the case for Prada/Miu Miu, for example.

Once in a while, I breeze through, take some on-the-fly pix, and put them on IG stories. But if you like this format, I’m going to make it a regular Friday thing, where I get more consistent, more informative, more in the weeds, and where I answer any questions and take any requests. Leave them in the comments. Including any Design District store you’d like me to pop into.

I typically look for — what catches my eye, what do I want, what would I actually wear. And also I look for clients of my side business, The Style Suite, Style DNA services. But if you have other asks, fire away. Just bear with me as my photo skills improve.

For this Vol. 1, I’m kicking things off with one of the most talked about of late: Tory Burch. IYKYK, and with this crew of readers, I’m guessing YK. But if not, here’s a nice primer re the sea change over at TB. We know so much of the stuff looks great online. But what about up close?
